Flight monitoring does not guarantee that LAP will receive accurate or timely information from the airline or airport.
The Customer remains responsible for ensuring that the flight details supplied are correct.
8. FLIGHT DELAYS AND EARLY ARRIVALS
Where accurate flight details have been provided, LAP will make reasonable efforts to adjust the chauffeur\'s arrival time in accordance with updated flight information.
However, LAP cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by:
Incorrect flight information
Airline operational issues
Airport restrictions
Immigration delays
Customs delays
Baggage delays
Flight diversions
Communication failures
Circumstances outside LAP\'s reasonable control
If a flight arrives significantly earlier than scheduled and the chauffeur is required to attend earlier than the agreed pickup time, additional charges may apply where applicable.

Airport pickups include a period of complimentary waiting time as specified in the Booking Confirmation or LAP\'s current booking policy.
Unless otherwise agreed, LAP generally allows 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual flight landing time for airport arrivals.
The complimentary waiting period does not mean that the chauffeur will necessarily remain at the terminal indefinitely.
After the applicable complimentary waiting period has expired, additional waiting charges may apply.
Where the passenger has not contacted the chauffeur or LAP and the applicable waiting period has expired, the Booking may be treated as a No-Show.
10. MEET & GREET
Where Meet & Greet service has been booked, the chauffeur will normally meet the passenger at the agreed airport meeting point with appropriate identification or a nameboard.
Passengers should keep their mobile telephone switched on and ensure that the number supplied to LAP is reachable.
Airport procedures, security restrictions or terminal conditions may occasionally require the meeting point to be changed.
LAP may provide updated instructions where necessary.
11. NO-SHOWS
A passenger may be considered a No-Show where:
The passenger does not attend the agreed pickup location;
The passenger cannot be contacted using the details provided;
The applicable complimentary waiting period has expired; or
The passenger has left the airport or pickup location without notifying LAP.
Once a Booking has been classified as a No-Show, the journey may be cancelled and the fare may be non-refundable, subject to any applicable statutory consumer rights.
Any additional costs incurred as a result of a No-Show may also be charged to the Customer where reasonably incurred.
12. CANCELLATION POLICY
Unless different cancellation terms have been agreed in writing, the following standard cancellation policy applies.

LAP may use trusted and appropriately licensed chauffeur or transport partners to fulfil a Booking.
Where a third-party chauffeur or operator is used, LAP will take reasonable steps to ensure that the provider is appropriately licensed, insured and suitable for the service being provided.
The Customer agrees that operational information necessary to fulfil the Booking may be shared with the relevant chauffeur or transport provider.
The use of a third-party chauffeur or transport partner does not change the identity of the contracting entity unless the Customer has been expressly informed otherwise before the Booking is confirmed.
Where My Chauffeur Hub Ltd arranges Services through a third-party transport provider, My Chauffeur Hub Ltd remains responsible for the LAP booking service, subject to the terms of the Booking and applicable law.
